This Shipping Policy describes how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered when you purchase from Helen Richard.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Selected international destinations

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on:

  • Weekends

  • Public holidays

During high order volumes or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Shipping & Delivery Times

We work with trusted logistics partners to deliver your order.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: approximately 5–10 business days

  • International orders: approximately 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors outside our control, including:

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Local postal services


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:

  • Shipping method

  • Order weight or size

All applicable shipping fees will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

7. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order.

Helen Richard is not responsible for:

  • Delays or delivery failures caused by incorrect addresses

  • Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts or non-collection

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we may:

  • Offer to reship the parcel at your expense, or

  • Issue a refund minus original shipping costs, where permitted and if the item is returned in resalable condition


8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the packaging and damaged items (if applicable)

We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.


9. Split Shipments

In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately due to stock availability or logistics.

If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
